DOONKHAV TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD (“DOONKHAV”, “we”) operates doonkhav.com. Our registered office is in Islamabad, Pakistan, with a branch in Kotli, Azad Kashmir. You can reach us at info@doonkhav.com.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, plus any optional company, phone, practice and budget details you choose to add. We also record the IP address the submission came from, which we use only to rate-limit abuse.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not ask for special category data. Please do not include confidential client information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you and, if it goes further, to scope the work. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry alone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is retained for the life of the engagement and for the period required by our contractual and tax obligations afterwards.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are visible to the DOONKHAV staff involved in responding. We use third-party infrastructure providers to host this site and route email; they process data on our instructions only.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@doonkhav.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date below.
